Welcome to Upstate Gymnastics!

Upstate Gymnastics Center is located in Pendleton, S.C., between Clemson and Anderson. We have been here for 30 years, and have many great programs including preschool, girls and boys recreational classes, tumbling, and an active competitive team. We have a fully equipped gym, and we strive to teach quality gymnastics.

Show Pictures: Pictures from this year's Annual Show taken by coach Kevin Hedetniemi have been added to our gallery page. A great time was had by all. Take a look!

Summer Session: Our Spring session ends June 1st. Then, after a 2 week break, classes for our Summer session will start the week of June 18th. Go to our schedule page for more information.

April

Annual Show: Once again, it's time for our Annual Show. At the end of our Winter Session, we put on a big show for the gymnasts to show off all they've learned. This year is unusual as the show will take place on a Saturday--April 28th. It will be held at the Pendleton High School Gym on Hwy 187 and admission profits for this year's show will go toward our fundraising efforts for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. Upcoming Sessions: If you're one to plan ahead, you can start thinking about the upcoming sessions at Upstate. Our 5-week Spring session starts the week after the show, with a similar schedule to the just passed Winter session. Summer has a different schedule to take advantage of the morning hours, and lasts 8 weeks. Fall is the same as Spring, but longer. Too see all the schedules, click here.

Meet Season Over: Congratulations to all of our team gymnasts for their accomplishments this competitive season. Results from all of this year's meets can be found on our team page. Special congratulations to our three Regional Qualifiers, who will be competing in Region 8 meets later this month.
